Distance Sales Agreement
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Purpose & Scope
This Distance Sales Agreement sets out the terms under which Alnssor Office supplies electrical equipment and materials where the agreement is concluded remotely (for example by email, phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form) rather than in a simultaneous physical transaction. It applies to clients purchasing electrical power station equipment, control cards, generators, electrical panels, cables, light fixtures, electrical tools, and automation systems from us in Iraq.
2. The Parties
Seller: Alnssor Office, located in the Al-Jzaeer region, District Mahalle 303–Alley10, Basra, Iraq.
Buyer: The individual or entity that places an order or accepts a quotation for our products.
3. Order & Confirmation
An order placed through any remote channel is treated as an offer to purchase. The agreement is formed only when Alnssor Office issues a written confirmation describing the products, quantities, agreed price, and delivery terms. Until that confirmation, product availability and pricing shown in any preliminary quotation are indicative and may be revised.
4. Product Information
We supply equipment sourced to meet international safety and quality standards. Specifications, models, and availability are confirmed in the written order confirmation. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent product of equal or higher quality when the originally ordered item is unavailable, and we will notify the buyer before doing so.
5. Pricing & Currency
All prices are confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, transportation, or installation, which may be the responsibility of the buyer depending on the agreed delivery terms.
6. Delivery
Delivery arrangements and timelines are agreed individually for each order and stated in the order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates based on stock and logistics at the time of confirmation and are not guaranteed commitments. Alnssor Office will communicate any material delay and work with the buyer to agree a revised schedule. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the order confirmation.
7. Inspection & Notification
The buyer should inspect delivered goods promptly upon receipt. Any visible shortage, damage, or discrepancy should be notified to us in writing as soon as practicable so we can address it. Hidden defects should be reported as soon as they are discovered.
8. Returns & Cancellation
Because much of our equipment is sourced to specification for power station and industrial use, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms stated in the order confirmation and our Service Delivery & Refund Policy. Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch, subject to any costs already incurred on the buyer's behalf.
9. Force Majeure
Alnssor Office is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, import or customs restrictions, transportation disruptions, security conditions, or governmental actions. We will notify the buyer and use reasonable efforts to resume performance as circumstances allow.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Distance Sales Agreement from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the one in effect on the date that order is confirmed, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
