Are the products covered by quality standards?

Delivery & Pricing
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on product availability and logistics and are confirmed individually for each order. The timing stated in your order confirmation is an estimate rather than a fixed guarantee. We will keep you informed of any material changes.
Are prices on the website final?
Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices generally do not include taxes, customs duties, transportation, or installation. For an accurate quote, please contact us with your requirements.
What payment terms do you offer?

What should I do if a delivered item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect goods promptly on delivery and report any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy to us in writing as soon as practicable. Hidden issues should be reported as soon as they are discovered. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Can I return an item?
Because much of our equipment is sourced to order for power station and industrial use, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms in your order confirmation and our Service Delivery & Refund Policy. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
